Comments	담도의 유두종papilloma 또는 유두선암papillary adenocarcinoma중 일부는 점액을 과분비해 담도를 심하게 확장시키고 담즙저류와 황달을 일으킨다. 초음파상 늘어난 담관 내 용종성 병변으로 보이나 크기가 작을 때는 용종성 병변은 보이지 않을 수 있다.
