Answer	Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of pancreas
Comments	Pancreatic adenocarcinomas frequently invade this vessel, but endovenous tumor thrombus is rare. Splenic vein tumor thrombus in these patients has rarely been addressed in the literature, but the incidence may be higher than expected. Splenic vein tumor thrombus appears to be more common in patients with non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor when compared to their functional counterparts.
