Complicated cystic lesion in midline neck at the level of hyoid bone with internal debris, surrounding inflammatory change, and increased vascularity on Doppler study, suggestive of complicated thyroglossal duct cyst (TGDC). Neck MRI also shows the complicated cystic lesion at the level of hyoid bone.
